We can assist with building orientation and preliminary design, town planning and certification as well as recommending building and interior designers or architects to bring your project to life.
We are QBCC licensed as well as being an active member of the Housing Industry Association for over 15 years. GDS Homes is also a certified Green Smart Professional through the HIA Sustainable Green Smart Building Program.
